My husband and I have been taking our pets (over the years, 4 cats and 1 dog) and each time we are greeted in a friendly/professional manner, all of our questions and concerns are addressed and the follow up after the appointment is excellent. The vets and vet techs are genuinely concerned about the well-being of our pets and are extremely kind and comforting to our pets in the examination. I highly recommend Abbott Valley Veterinary Center!
We bring our cat and our dog to Abott Valley Vet Center for preventative health and emergencies. The friendly staff provides fantastic care! Easy to do business with from a billing and scheduling standpoint as well.
9/16/2015 update - I continue to have nothing but great things to say about Abbott Valley Veterinary Center. Each time we bring one of our pets in we are treated in a friendly/professional manner and all our concerns and questions are heard/answered. We have seen all the vets here and each one is wonderful! The vet techs and front desk staff are super with both us and our fur-babies.
I drive from the East Bay all the way to Cumberland to bring our pets to Dr. Gifford. Over the years I have tried other vets that are closer to our home...but on several key occasions, other vets have misdiagnosed problems with our pets, and I always wound up going back to see Dr. Gifford. Her clinical skills are top-notch. At this point, we will only bring our (5) pets to Abbott Valley. And the office staff are very nice, too!
I have been coming to Abbott Valley for over 20 years. They are kind, knowledgable-so smart! ( saved my cats life for sure) and always give clear directions for care and follow up. Love the staff too!
In my opinion, Abbott Valley Veterinary Center, is the absolute best place around to take your fur babies for all their care. I have been taking my fur babies there for 20+ years and would never even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Gifford is very professional, compassionate, conscientious, friendly and at the top of her field. I know both Mollie and Bella are getting the best care possible. I also like Dr. Mowry and Dr. Tanguay and have 100% trust in all of them. The Techs there are also professional, friendly, compassionate and care for every patient as if they were their own with the love and care they show each of them. The facility is always spotless. If you are looking for the best Doctors, Techs and care for your fur babies look no further. You couldn't make a better choice.
