Good hardware store.
Two weeks ago I ordered a replacement part for a power tool and a barbeque grill. Waited a week. No follow up. Called. Neither had arrived. Waited another week. No follow up. Called again. The replacement part . . . discontinued. I could have bought a brand new tool at Lowe's while it was on sale, but now the sale's over, so it's going to cost me $30 more. The grill . . . supposed to arrive on the weekly delivery truck tomorrow. We'll see. If it's not there, I'm canceling this order as well.
