All the employees here seem very nice and genuinely helpful. The jail in the basement used to have a full size skeleton prop in one cell, which would terrify my toddlers. Don't know if the skeleton is still there, but you have been warned if you are going in with toddlers. I really like that that halls on the taxes floor routinely have an art gallery done by the town's students. It's so lovely to see such talent in the coming-up generation. I have not seen a bike rack here and the building is not terribly far from RIPTA. There is an elevator, and lots of stairs.
