Absolute worst car buying experience. Bought the 2007 Jeep commander they have nothing but problems. In the first month failed emission 4 times, had a leak in radiator so instead of fixing it they used some stop leak which contaminated the whole system. Avoid this place at all costs use CarMax or anywhere else. If you go here you might want have a lemon lawyer in your back pocket.
Fred and His staff are very friendly and helpful. He has been there since 1972. He has a great reputation for providing great pre owned vehicle's at a reasonable price.
For several months my wife has been looking to purchase her dream vehicle, a Mercedes GL450. Michael, the sales manager, has to be the lowest pressure sales person I've ever met. When he found out this was my wife's first car purchase on her own, he did everything he could to secure a good finance rate and ensure all aspects of the sale and registration were complete when we came to pick up the car three days later. They even had the vehicle equipped with new brakes /rotors and had the oil change prior to pickup. It's not often that you come across a dealership the is friendly, honest and up front about every aspect of the purchase. If your next car is on their lot take the time to make the drive to Apollo Auto.
I can not say enough about Apollo Auto Sales. From the second that I spoke to Michael on the phone, I was taken care of completely. They were incredibly responsive, trustworthy, and committed to getting me the car of my dreams. I had a very difficult situation due to my credit and self employment, but they assured me they would do their very best, and boy did they deliver. The next day I spoke with Steve, and he was just as amazing. They listened, they didn't push you, and they came through with a perfect deal. I have young kids, the last thing I wanted to do was sit in a showroom for 3 hours while my toddler screamed and climbed on everything, I wasn't there 15 minutes when I went to pick up my car. They were prepared, everything was printed and waiting for me. My car was ready, they couldn't of done a better job. I have never in my life been so impressed by a business and the way they treat their customers let alone a car dealership. They are a rare gem and you would be foolish not to put them on the top of your list when going to purchase your next vehicle. Great cars, great people, great experience. You have a customer for life!
Bought a 2014 Honda Accord with 49000 miles. Saved me about $1000 compared to similar deals I found. Service after the sale was excellent and accommodating. Needed a second key fob and minor repair with bumper liner. Dealer had locksmith meet me at my convenience to program new key fob. Thanks to Fred and Steve are their team for the no pressure, very favorable, used car buying experience. Worth traveling from Dartmouth, MA. LWC
